Of course like everything else, the BBP Youth Football season was under question if we would play at all. Ages starting at 5/6 and going all the way up to 12 years of age is what the league has always been offering. In the past years flag has taken over at the younger ages. 9 through 12 year old tackle football was not allowed for the 2020 season.
So after some lengthy board meetings and scrambling for interest, the BBP Youth Football League formed a full flag season. The turnout was incredible as most age groups had 2-3 teams. A 7 game season was played and just finished up last weekend. President Coach James Most was thrilled with the excitement the season brought after thinking it all was going to be a wash. He also stated that it was nice to see a lot of girls sign up and play vs the boys. We want to thank all the coaches who took time out of their schedule to selflessly coach all the amazing boys and girls. And a big thank you to all our players giving it their all this season.
